Aim of the training:
This module provides students of the related fields architectural, engineering and construction sectors with in-depth knowledge and proficient skills. In addition, it also certifies their skills to an independent international standard such as 2D CAD. It is also suitable for them candidates who are already working in these sectors in a capacity non-technical and who wish to acquire or certify skills in 2D CAD.

Upon completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

• Uses a two-dimensional design application to create and save drawings, imported and exported drawings
• Uses layers and levels
• Create and edit objects and elements, use selected tools
• Use query commands, e.g. to measure distances, angles, surfaces
• Sets and modifies features, creates and modifies text and dimensions
• Uses blocks and cells, creates, modifies and uses object cells, inserting or connecting objects using ole
• Prepare results for printing or filling
