- Legal framework for condominium buildings – 10 hours
- Administration and Maintenance Operations – 11 hours
- Finance – 8 hours
- Basic IT knowledge – 7 hours
Advanced Module – 8 hours
- Various successful management experiences – 3 hours
- New developments in the field (different materials, software and technology to provide 24-hour and advanced services) – 4 hours
- Changes to relevant legislation, if applicable – 1 hour.
